It depends upon the person whether he wants to gain weight or he wants to get lean. It also helps in maintaining the body, increases muscle size, and reduce belly fats, and also helps in boosting metabolism and stamina as well.

Not only the person who wants to be a bodybuilder hits the gym daily, but professional sportsmen also gym daily or at least thrice a week. Even the cyclist, swimmers, soccer players prefer going gym to maintain their calories. Because good health equals a healthy lifestyle.
